1. Return & Exchange Policy

• Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the purchase date.

• Returns or exchanges must be made at our stores only.

• Items must be in their original condition, with tags and panels attached.

• This policy follows the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce – Kuwait.

2. Delivery & Shipping

• Orders within Kuwait are delivered within 48 hours from the time of order.

• Delivery may be delayed in some cases, and customers will be notified accordingly.

• International delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

3. Sizing & Alterations

• All products include a size chart

• Sizes are fixed, and we do not offer custom orders or alterations.

4. Payment Policy

• Online payment only is accepted at checkout.

• Cash on delivery is not available.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once handed over to the shipping/delivery company.
